I felt bad for the Manager here yesterday evening. He was swamped with the new system and orders. I was unhappy that my mother was skipped on her delivery order. It was sitting at their store 1.5 hours. It was supposed to have been delivered. I had to go in since the call center wasn’t helping with getting me an answer on why they didn’t deliver her pizza. They miss my cheese sticks so I had to wait longer! Kinda warm when I finally got to eat it! The gal trying to put out orders had No Clue how to find the order to pass them out! Names or numbers didn't help her at all!
Prices are a little high if you don't know how to bundle items, but there are too few bundling options. Pan and hand-tossed sauce is too sweet, and needs an unsweetened alternative. I would suggest asking for either "thin sauce" or the "meat sauce" if they will allow the change. These are franchise-wide issues, however.Otherwise, the location made my order perfectly as ordered.
