Find a different pizza place, tried calling to reduce wait time and I was put on hold for 15+ minutes and called multiple times. I ended up driving to just order in person and assumed their phone line was out. The phone was right next to the register and I asked about it and they said they didn’t know why they didn’t receive the calls. After ordering I waited 50 minutes for 2 pizzas, waste of time don’t come here. It’s a bunch of un experienced workers who don’t care about wasting others time. ?

The food was fine, and I got my order semi-correct. What wasn't fine, was the seemingly new Asian employee. I've never had this issue before there, but this last time I was trying to use the restroom located inside the building after I paid for my food. I wasn't even in there for 10 minutes when the new employee knocked and said I was taking a long time. Then not even 5 minutes later and I was still on the toilet, she knocked again and said what I was doing was illegal and that if I didn't get out that she would call the police. Now, I didn't realize that being in the restroom for not even 10 full minutes relieving myself was illegal in this country.

If I could rate this place as no stars I would. They’ve been consistently late every time I’ve ordered (which has been rarely now) and now they never showed up with my food after paying about $50. Customer service would do nothing about it. Stealers

Ordered a pizza at 5:50PM for 7:45PM. Received pizza at 10PM, Cold as ever. Took forever to get delivered by DoorDash, Which wasn’t even his fault, PH had problems once again with their system. This has happened multiple times. Only reason I continue to order from here is because I do like their pizza but I don’t see myself ordering ever again until they get it together. And no, I don’t have sympathy for staffing issues. I’ve applied and interviewed at this location for a part time second job, Not worth it to them.

I felt bad for the Manager here yesterday evening. He was swamped with the new system and orders. I was unhappy that my mother was skipped on her delivery order. It was sitting at their store 1.5 hours. It was supposed to have been delivered. I had to go in since the call center wasn’t helping with getting me an answer on why they didn’t deliver her pizza. This system needs to be changed. I gave five stars however because I feel the Manager was trying his hardest. Pizza Hut needs to do something about this. Help your employees!

They miss my cheese sticks so I had to wait longer! Kinda warm when I finally got to eat it! The gal trying to put out orders had No Clue how to find the order to pass them out! Names or numbers didn't help her at all!

Prices are a little high if you don't know how to bundle items, but there are too few bundling options. Pan and hand-tossed sauce is too sweet, and needs an unsweetened alternative. I would suggest asking for either "thin sauce" or the "meat sauce" if they will allow the change. These are franchise-wide issues, however.Otherwise, the location made my order perfectly as ordered. Sauce, cheese, and toppings were perfectly spread out, and as a former Pizza Hut employee I can tell when it isn't even a little bit. My server and the new employee being trained were both exceptionally friendly and even offered me to check my pizza to ensure it was made correctly.Dietary restrictions: If you call or walk-in, ensure you make any allergies known. They will go above and beyond by opening all fresh containers and use clean and sanitized tools and new gloves to make absolutely certain that your order is not contaminated by your allergy.

Been here twice. Both times the service was blah. For being the only person there, they take a bit to notice you. That aside, both times I ordered wings to go. Probably my bad to get wings at a pizza place, but wings are kinda overpriced for what ya get, and not very tasty. But, they work in a pinch...so I probably will end up going back. At least until I find a new place for wings. ?
