I am amending me earlier review following another visit. Although busy with the lunch rush, staff were pleasant and patient with me as I ordered today. Much better experience!Second time I’ve experienced being completely ignored by staff here. I was the only person at the counter. Four employees were facing me talked among themselves completely ignoring me, not even acknowledging I was there. I don't usually take the time to post reviews these days, but was especially impressed with the service recently.I placed an order of 24 plates to go on Super Bowl Sunday. In past years, the large orders seemed to have overwhelmed the workers a bit, but they were totally on top of it. They had the food ready and bagged early, and we're very helpful from the moment we walked in. Heard 0 complaints about food from a predominantly Middle School aged crowd, which is slightly miraculous....read full review
