I was just passing through and stopped here— Writing this review because I had to praise the employee who helped me, Jodi! Jodi is an absolute delight and was the most hospitable. She was so on top of things and keeping everything clean and moving seamlessly, but above all, she was just a joy to chat with. If you’re reading, I hope you know that you’re appreciated and seen! When you online order a sandwich that comes with avocado, just because you don't add the extra charge for avocado, doesn't mean you don't want the sandwich with the original avocado as described on the menu. Twice I've ordered the Cali turkey club (that comes with avacado) and twice they have left the avocado off because I didn't add it as an additional charge. If the description says it comes with it put it on the damn sandwich.

I'm really disappointed! My wife and I took the time to drive to Subway in south Roseburg off of Britney, only to be told that we had to wait 45 minutes before they would take our order's due to the phone orders was a priority. Then, another worker clocked in, and she totally ignored us! After about a 1/2 hour wait, my wife and I decided to leave. We were in disbelief of their unprofessional and lack of service and management. I'm glad all Subway stores are like this.
