I was just passing through and stopped here— Writing this review because I had to praise the employee who helped me, Jodi! Jodi is an absolute delight and was the most hospitable. She was so on top of things and keeping everything clean and moving seamlessly, but above all, she was just a joy to chat with. If you’re reading, I hope you know that you’re appreciated and seen! Best wishes for you and yours!Side note — Savannah was a floating employee at this location today and she was also a doll & they made the most delicious sandwich!Thanks lovely ladies!

didn’t get to order anything because of the rude little girl working tonight 10\28\23 sat and stared at me as i pulled up then shook her head. 2 hours to 20 minutes to close you’re still open and you’re still serving i was the only one in your parking lot..lazy, rude, and im sure entitled. I just wanted a sandwich.

When you online order a sandwich that comes with avocado, just because you don't add the extra charge for avocado, doesn't mean you don't want the sandwich with the original avocado as described on the menu. Twice I've ordered the Cali turkey club (that comes with avacado) and twice they have left the avocado off because I didn't add it as an additional charge. If the description says it comes with it put it on the damn sandwich.

I'm really disappointed! My wife and I took the time to drive to Subway in south Roseburg off of Britney, only to be told that we had to wait 45 minutes before they would take our order's due to the phone orders was a priority. Then, another worker clocked in, and she totally ignored us! After about a 1/2 hour wait, my wife and I decided to leave. We were in disbelief of their unprofessional and lack of service and management. I'm glad all Subway stores are like this.

My husband and I arrived at this Subway at 5:25 pm. There was one person just finishing paying. When that person left we thought we were next, but the sever said he had 10 to go sandwiches from an online order. He said he had another server coming in at 6:00 if we wanted to wait. At 5:45 the other server arrived and clocked in and proceeded to help with the 10 sandwiches for the on line order. After 10 minutes we left because it was apparent that the second server wasn't going to help us with our 2 sandwich order. We were hungry do we left. How hard could it be for one server to take care of the in house people??

!!!!BEWARE!!!!Ordered 3 subs and got pepper with a side of subs instead. Everything I sent an order in through the app was not done right.. I asked for more mayo and mvp vinegrette and regular pepper and they gave me very little of the mayo and mvp and must of used a spoon to put that much pepper on the sandwich. Was not good at all. I'd recommend getting your sub in person than through the app as it seems most subways are too incompetent to understand how to read an order.!!!!BEWARE!!!!Parking: Only good thing was plenty of parking... though I now know why.

I went to buy a meal at subway in green and there card reader was not working about 5 times in a row when I had the money and Justin paid for my meal for me and im very grateful to have young kids that have such a positive attitude and want to work now days and make things right even when it is not there fault...thank you Justin I will pay you back plus a good tip.keep up the great work buddy you will get far in life?

The staff is very nice and the place looks very clean.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegis, just don't ask for meat.Parking: I've driven by or stopped 100 times and never seen the parking lot full. It seems to be more of a pickup than dine in location for customers.
