Pretty garbage, got my order wrong like four times...just a taco with no tomatoes. But it is taco bell so I never expected good service/food in the first place.

I have something like a 20% failure rate to get the correct food. From them putting items on that I said to hold, to outright forgetting entire bags worth of food. Their policy of "come back to get your food" is insulting, as they are now expecting me to kill 20+ minutes to go back to fix their mistake.

I went to this place last night (April 05 2024) with my boyfriend to get dinner. The owners are going cheap and trying to operate with a skeleton crew. They actually didn't even have a cashier in the lobby. They are trying to replace cashiers with mindless computer kiosks with no human touch. That is also extremely inconvenient for a customer as you basically have to be your own cashier. Taco Bell you need to stop trying to force technology on people who don't want it just to save you money. My boyfriend and I both turned around and left without ordering anything. The next couple that came in turned around and left as well for the same reason. The drive-thru was literally backed out into the rode so we got our dinner somewhere else.Not going to lie the food is delicious... if you can actually get your hands on it...

The food is always great. I usually use the drive thru and then eat in my car, they usually give me plenty of napkins and that's super important.Parking: There is ample parking even for the disabled.

This establishment is in terrible condition. I don't believe it's solely the fault of the employees; management shoulders the blame. The odor inside is unpleasant, likely due to an employee neglecting personal hygiene.Moreover, management and corporate have failed in maintaining adequate staffing levels and location counts, resulting in constant overcrowding. There's always a long line of 10-15 cars, indicating poor management of operations.Our order of two small meals took an unacceptable 32 minutes to be ready while we were dining in.Either open up more locations and figure out how to hire good employees or please just close down. This is embarrassing and disgusting.

I have been waiting in the drive-thru for 26 minutes...now I'm at the window and the staff is working as fast as possible. Stop understaffing for profit. Just stop.

Came through tonight and ordered my food at 5:45pm. They messed up the order and I got my corrected order at 6:20pm. I went through the drive through and then had to go inside and wait forever for the correction. The employees were very kind but everything else was terrible. Also for 5 bean and cheese burritos it costs $14.93. Wow how prices have gone up.

Almost self-service now. You have to place your own order and pay for it in a machine instead of someone taking your order. I'm a customer, not an employee. I didn't get a employee discount anyway. Very unhappy with Taco Bell now days. They need to quit being so cheap and hire more people to give better service. Sometimes I went in for lunch and the dining room was closed. That's OK, I like Burger King tooo.
