Had some issues with my order that were very promptly fixed. Gotta say that their burger patties are delicious all by themselves, but even yummier with all the fixings! Will definitely come back to my St Helens Burgerville!
Best fast food burger place in USA!!! Love burgerville!!! Just wish it was cheaper, that onion rings were always available, and that the milkshakes were better.Edit: Sadly, I have recently tried ordering ahead via the app twice and both times my order has been messed up. The first time my order of fries was missing, and the second time two burger patties that were added on to burgers were not added…

It took quite a while to get the food and it wasn't even dinner time.It was four fifteen in the afternoon. I drove home literally three minutes from the restaurant and the hamburger was cold. The service was not good because it took a long time and it was slow in the line. If I'm paying over $13 for a hamburger fries and drink then.At least want the hamburger hot. I was.Craving a good burger and this did not satisfy me.
