“The burrito loco is one of the best burritos I've had. I've had bacon wrapped burritos and they turn out to be very greasy but still have good flavor. This burrito was perfectly cooked as well as the bacon ? and not oily at the bottom on the burrito. Also it has guacamole and it makes a perfect combination of flavors with the pico de gallo. I stopped by on Wednesday, I'm from Hillsboro which is about a 30 minute drive and today which is Saturday heading back to take my family because it's worth the drive. And to top it off, the price is perfect. It's very affordable to the point you could get something extra without breaking the bank.“
“Hey, it's a mobile shack that shares the lot with a winery. Order up, head inside and order wine or a local craft brew. Your pager will go off when your food is ready. Super great foodie fan place. You will not regret. If you need, tell them not too spicey. Our whole family enjoys the quisine. They also bring the stand to Newberg's summertime Tunes on Tuesday between the Library and Cultural center. Always a favorite, ask a local. Not a fast food joint, worth every cent. You'll be back!“

“Ricky's Taco Truck is amazing!!! Rick is absolutely amazing himself but his taco's are the best. They are so flavorful and he doesn't skimp out on the meat. We have tried several other trucks and nothing compares to these ones. He is quick to get you food and it is always piping hot! His seating is great and provides a fun feel to it. He has toys out for the kids to play with. Absolutely worth it!“

“My friend suggested we eat here. Extremely modest place that you might easily pass on, but very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the the carne asada tacos and my friend ordered the quesobirria. Now, if you haven't had a quesobirria... let me tell you about it. It's cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of au jus for dipping. It's like a braised beef taco married a quesadilla. Absolutely delicious! Don't let the exterior of the restaurant fool you. There's some seriously good food going on here. Provecho!“

“We recently visited Fuego and we were excited to try out their food. We ordered a carne asada burrito and some tacos, their portions were generous and the flavors were great, they paired very well with their house sauces and pico de gallo. Their Mangonada was delicious and so was their flan as well as the tres lece cake. Overall, it was a great experience, great flavors, and great customer service.“

“Super fresh tortillas! And some of the nicest people around! We stopped by to try this place and it is not luxurious but we felt well cared for with both yummy food and friendly service. There is a small tent with a few picnic tables. If I lived close by I would want to try everything on the menu. My highlight of this meal (other than homemade tortillas and spicy salsa) was the champurrado, which was piping hot and really helps you shake off the cold.“

“We had chips and guac, carne asasa taco, al pastor taco a fish taco, and Jamaica and they were all SO delicious! We’ve been working our way through all the tacos in town and so far Eduardo’s is #1, and we’ve telling all our friends to go to Eduardo’s!“

“The food is delicious and authentic. I eat here a couple times a month and my go to is the chicken or asada torta. Their tacos are to die for with fresh hand made tortillas. If you are looking for a good meal with a great atmosphere, look no further.“
