“Disclaimer, I didn't eat the food myself as I'm plant based. Dennis and Auntie makes it homey. When I look at the pictures and food, it feels authentic and rich, yummies families eat. Portions are great. Definitely smells tempting while I'm enroute to deliver these. Ordered BBQ pork skewers for my Greek friend and he can't stop raving about it. He asked me to get more for him on his birthday. Got the pork adobo for another friend. OMG! Delicious! He's a born and raised Louisiana chef so quite judgy when it comes to food. Definitely, ordering some dishes for my visiting family!”

“Incredible food! I was absolutely blown away by how delicious and nourishing my soup was. I had Duk Mandu Guk, a delicious soup with rice cakes and dumplings in a savory broth. My mother-in-law had a yummy bulgogi bento box! I asked if they had dessert but they didn't unfortunately. And then one of the servers came over and brought me two little watermelon slices and made my day. 💖 Also the bathroom was incredibly clean and honestly really well decorated. The restaurant has lovely plants and decorations throughout, even the bathroom! Such a lovely place. I can now see why my Korean grandma-in-law loves this place!! And I had plenty of leftovers to take home too!!”

I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.”

Unfortunately, their new machines can't process gift card payments so until that changes I likely won't go back.

The Roti and Naan were soft, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The Paneer Butter Masala and Vegetable Kadai were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Dal Tadka was another standout—comforting, aromatic, and wonderfully spiced.

What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were humble, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal.

“Sweetly Baked is my favorite Salem sweet spot! My partner is celiac and loves the GF brownie, cookie, and cupcake selections! His favorite is the mint brownie—yum! My go-to are the sweet kolaches, champagne cupcakes (both the raspberry and strawberry are divine), and the chocolate covered pretzels tossed in seasonal sprinkles. The coffee is great, and the sandwiches and salads hit the spot when you have a bit of time to linger. Everything is soft, fresh, and delicious!”

“A LOT of their menu can be made vegan with tofu as the option. Make sure to ask them to not use their tempura batter on the tofu as it's not vegan. The appetizers are not vegan except for the lettuce rolls if you get it with tofu, but the veggies are fresh and this is a mainstay when I'm in Salem. I go here at least once a week when Im in the area.”

“The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help. “I stopped in today for the first time with my daughter. What a need inviting place to stop for a meal amd coffee. I had the turkey crepe and my daughter had the blta crepe, they were both very good! I also had the salted caramel cold brew and my daughter had an iced coffee, I can't remeber the name but it had French vanilla, caramel and white chocolate, coffees were great and not bitter.”

The atmosphere is cozy and nice both having a higher scale artsy feeling and down to earth diner essence. We ordered the vegetable omelette with prime rib and the corned beef hash with poached eggs potatoes fruit cup and potatoes. Both had healthy portions of meat and tasted very fresh. It wasn’t overly greasy and had great flavor. The poached eggs had great texture with a perfect yolky center. The staff was very friendly and took good care helping us navigate the menu with our gluten free needs. We got our food in a timely fashion even though the place was full. We didn’t have to wait too long for a table and got sat quickly.”

I didn’t taste much of the “Cajun” in it. It only tasted like pepper and a bit of saltiness but the crispy part is light and crunchy. However when I got there around 11:30am there was barely any chicken put out so maybe a fresh batch would taste good perhaps it might but otherwise it’s definitely a bit more better than KFC and Popeyes to be honest.
