I picked up someone in need at Adam's who wasn't all there mentally. The staff were wonderful and kind and courteous. They made space and were polite.It's rare to see real kindness these days.
The atmosphere was overall great. I walked in and was greeted not only by the staff, but also by the amazing smell of BBQ. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, the food ”chopped brisket sandwich and coleslaw” was on point. My only complaint is that the sandwich was small. Or should I say the amount of meat in the sandwich was very underwhelming. $16 for a sandwich and a side is not to much to ask. Just make it worth it.

Enjoyed an early dinner here while visiting from out of town. Wife and I split the 4-meat combo. Mac & cheese was average, garlic potatoes were good, and really enjoyed the smoked chicken quarter, pork ribs and their unique cheesy take on Texas toast! The brisket was of the shredded variety (I prefer sliced) and had very good flavor but was a little dry the day we went, and a little sparse on the portions.
