Went there this weekend and my regular pretzels were ok but were a bit old and dried out, my girlfriend got fresh pepperoni ones and the taste wasn't too good.Plus you charge extra for dipping sauce!?! When I get chicken strips elsewhere I don't get charged for the ranch! Heck Sonic doesn't charge for the dipping sauce!! I don't recommend.

Jillian L helped me when I bought 5 drinks for my coworkers. They didnt have anymore cupholders but she found me a box from the back to put them in. Thank you so much for being so helpful!

Horrible customer service. 20 minute wait if I wanted to order something besides the 3 things in the warming case. As I sat at a table, I watched 8 people walk away from ordering at this establishment. Both girls working were more interested in talking with each other, and wiping counters, than acknowledging customers. I would not recommend this place.

So they have a printed deal 3 for $8.49. I ordered 3 pretzels add cheese dip and was told the price of $12.89. I paid and as am standing there I think the math is off here. I ask why that is since it is 3 for $8.49. The and I quote answers "you did not tell me that is what you wanted " like the sign is posted right next to the counter. The solution offered was will refund you and then recharge it. So while yes am getting the money back in x days am still out the cash tell than. Like come on it is just ridiculous.

My friend and I stopped there yesterday and ordered pretzels the day staff were so rude. There were two young ladies with just smug teenage attitudes. Disappointed with the serviceand won't be going back.

Love their pretzels. I reccomend asking for a fresh pretzel. Even if they say the ones in the case are fresh they are so much better hot out of the oven. Worth waiting a few minutes for since they have to make new ones every 30 minutes.

We were happy with the pretzels. It was the staff that kinda forgot about our last order that was still cooking as they chatted away neglecting customers. I wasn't too mad about it and waited patiently for about 15 minutes. Seems like younger employees who are still learning the customer service business and themselves. Can't be mad at that although I would like to see some management presence? May make a difference. Otherwise, we just signed up for the app. We'll see how it goes.

I went here at 11 and ordered pretzel dogs. They informed me they don't sell them until noon. Kind of annoying. They should have the full menu available even if I have to wait.

Came here to get a free Birthday Pretzel. I decided to get the pizza pretzel and got some marinara to dip it in. The service was fine, the selection was fine. My problem was the pizza pretzel was probably toward the end of its life before being tossed. The only thing that salvaged it was the marinara in which to dip it and cover up its dryness. I know for sure I wouldn't pay normal prices for what I got.
