The young lady working the cart needs to understand manners. I ordered a 15 piece fried mushrooms. Not a hard order to screw up. However, she screwed it up twice. First order she gave us fries. Second time she gave us the 10 piece instead of the 15 piece. When I returned it a second time, the lady starts arguing g with me. Listen to the negative reviews and don't be surprised if they mess up your order. I've never had a bad experience at The Yard before Cadillac Grille. This place ripped us off and practically stole from us.My boyfriend and I ordered two burgers from here. The woman at the counter got my order wrong twice. When we returned the food the 2nd time, I decided I didn't want food from there anymore, so we asked for a refund.We were told they first need to "watch a video of us ordering"...read full review

Over charged for a cheese burger. Charged more than the listed price and gave me the wrong burger. Burger had no sauce. The only reason it wasn't a dry Puck with cheese was the
