Went through the drive through ordered. Some food ended up getting my milk shake and told them no. Whip cream. It came with ripped cream and then what the manager did was? He took it and scoop the whip cream out of it. And gave the shake back to us. It was less than 3/4 of the waveful. I could not believe that they would do that and also on top of that. The service there was just terrible took forever.

Seriously…. It’s disappointing that the people who are being “trained” here are borderline illiterate or just dgaf. Every time I’ve ordered here my order it’s wrong or it’s slapped together with a bunch of freaking sauce barely inside the wrapper or it’s my drink that’s 90% ice with three sips of soda. I don’t know what’s more depressing the fact that these people can’t even read my order when I ask for something NOT to be on it or the fact that they just blatantly disregard everything and slap everything into a bag. You need to do better… thanks for the waste of money ?Here’s a pic of my cup of ice with a side of root beer and the grease stains from the mayo you all slathered on my wrapper and meal…..

It was okay besides the fact that I mainly came out for milkshakes at 10:40 pm and they said it was broken . It seems like it works all day but not at night and it’s kind of weird .it was a girl with curly hair in a bun didn’t get she name .
This is our go to place at night. They have better food than most fast food places and they are always very quick.

I came through the drive-thru I only ordered a single combo meal when I got to the window they told me to pull around to the front because they were “waiting on meat” I then parked out front and waited for 15 minutes while they proceeded to serve the customers behind me in line. After waiting for 15 minutes I went inside myself had to ask for my burger that was just sitting on the warming rack along with the fries, when I did finally get my food it was soggy and fries were cold.
