Our family is traveling down to the Oregon coast and we stopped for lunch. No bathrooms of course because of COVID. We ordered 4 burgers and fries, one with out mayo (my son won't eat it). They forgot to take the mayo off and the fries were so salty and cold that we couldn't eat them. My 6'4" teenage son had nothing to eat. I'm sure he will be in a great mood for the rest of the road trip! Thanks Carl's Jr. for a terrible experience. We won't be back.

Mediocre at best! Too much dry bun and not enough meat and toppings. The worst French fries that I've ever had. I'll NEVER return to this Hardee's/Carl's Jr. I used to love this restaurant back in the 70s and 80s when even fast food was eatable. Now, not so much.

These guys get things done fast, they ask you specifics on what you want, they also wanna clarify on what you got to ensure that customer satisfaction rolls off so that everyone is happy, and makes sure everyone has the right food. They play it safe right attitude, right work ethic, right management it's also good to ensure and ask the customer to make sure they order what they ordered to ensure that the customer will be happy with the food they receive.
