Honestly I have waited my whole life to experience this place and now that I live in Salem I hope to go but my ratings are based on my years of building up fantasy of how fun it is!
Had my daughter’s 6th birthday there Saturday, December 30 and it was amazing. Everything was ready for us before our time, and our host was on point with everything. It was our first time doing a party at a place like this and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We ended up having more people show up than originally thought, but they were quick to accommodate. The staff were friendly and patient with my young children. I do miss having physical tickets but the unlimited play option is a game changer.Kid-friendliness: This place was made for kids, and the staff are extremely friendly.
