My kids enjoy the prospect of every gooey, chewy, crunchy form of sugar mixed with a cold, creamy treat, so they loved it. The place is clean enough, but the atmosphere is gloomy, and the only employee I've seen there doesn't smile or take interest in customers. I think it's perfect for teens and young adults, though, and shouldn't change. Just not a cheery place for younger kids, and beware the self-serve since you pay by weight and kids can be very generous with themselves:)
Some ingredient lists would be helpful for navigating allergies.

Kids will enjoy the coloring books and super Nintendo setup, making it a kid-friendly spot. Topping options include nuts, candy, gummies, berries, and fresh fruit, offering plenty of choices for a satisfying treat. While some ingredients may be out of stock sometimes, the staff remains polite. The unique heat-sensitive spoons add a fun touch, and many customers love the non-dairy sorbet and frozen yogurt, often loaded with fresh fruit.
