Due to short staffing, the drive-thru is currently the only option, and orders can be delayed. However, the food is worth the wait. It's recommended to order online before arriving, especially during peak hours, as calling may not work. The Huli Huli Chicken is a standout dish, offering more flavor than the Kalua pig. The Chinese Chicken Salad is also VERY good, though sometimes items like the crunchy chow mein noodles or drinks may be missing. The service can be slow, and the atmosphere feels exposed due to the open window design, but the chicken and pork are fantastic. Takeout is the best way to enjoy the food, as eating in isn’t ideal. #6 is a great choice to share. While not traditional Hawaiian, the barbecue-style meat with added sauce is pretty dang good.
