The staff were great, very frindly. The only reason it was four stars is that they forgot one of our fries and they only put a small squirt of chili on a chili cheeseburger, that really made the burger dry. Love their beyond burgers and onion rings best around. Which made us disappointed.
Great burger and really good fries. Friendly employees and quick service. Not sure why the negative yelp reviews. I didn't care for the fry sauce but of course there's ketchup so can't take anything off for that

I've read mixed reviews about Nancy Jo's and so thus far avoided it. In a pinch, we were pretty desperate for lunch and so gave it a try. It was mostly pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the burgers were cooked well. The fries, while tasty, did have some potatoes with green parts. We just picked those out. I would eat here again.
