The location was clean and empty (lucky timing, lol).I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Brisket using loyalty points on the app. It's my favorote sandwich that they make and as always it was delicious. All sandwiches come with a complimentary pickle spear (yum).My favorite thing about Firehouse subs is that they donate a lot of money to first responders. The company was founded by firemen and they help various agencies to provide training and get better equipment. By eating here you are indirectly helping to save lives.Long story short, I definitely recommend this location and I will be back. Hopefully soon.Parking: Ample parking for this establishment.“

“So, my client wanted Bo & Vine. Ordering was a process as it was a huge order but it worked out. I needed the order by a certain time and they said they would do their best as the delivery was at the mercy of Door Dash. Bo & Vine the food is good. However, Door Dash is horrible. The food was an hour and half late. Bo & Vine asked how everything was and I told them Door Dash was horrible and the guy was rude. I hope he didn’t get the tip that was part of the order. I couldn't believe that she was a fairly new employee.Nancy's has become our favorite burger place. My husband and I get the kids burger, and add some more things to it, because the meat patty is totally adequate for our senior appetites. “Tacos in here are really good. My only complaint to the owner is please fix the bathroom!! Is horrible. The door is scary you never know if when you close it you are gonna be able to open it ever again! Also they need cleaning they are super dirty. So go eat here enjoy your meal but go to the bathroom somewhere else.“
“Five Guy Burger are always good what I appreciate about this place is the chef was very meticulous about how clean he was in preparing the food. He took off his gloves to handle the money and then changed his gloves at least three times during the meal prep, that I noticed. Only reason I'm giving a four-star instead of five is because the milkshake was very sad, at $5 it was literally like milk instead of a shake. Other than that, top notch.“

“Amazing sandwiches. These subs are so delicious! The Ham always tastes amazing and the lettuce is so good. I always get the #3 with Ham, Just lettuce and extra meat and it is good! However, the subs are a bit pricey. $17 for a foot long and $8 or so for a regular.Parking: There's a lot of parking especially since its next to the goodwill super store. However, the mobile order pick up only has 2 spots that can get tight.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.“
“Been to this particular location several times now, and it's been consistently decent. They make the sandwich from start to finish in front of you, so it's pretty easy to tell if they're doing something wrong - haven't experienced any issues, but for those who are concerned about getting the wrong orders, or having ingredients added/left off, this is a plus.The quality of the food is top notch for a restaurant of this type - much, much better than Subway. Their bread has much better texture and has a nice, chew. It's not overly soft or mushy. Their gimmick is that they slice the meat and cheese when they make your sandwich, which, theoretically might make it slightly fresher than otherwise - it does add bit of time to the process though, and I'm not sure how much freshness it really adds, but it's kind of fun to watch.They have a small selection of toppings you can choose from, which all seem to be freshly prepared. I like their sweet peppers. They offer to make your sandwich "Mike's Way", which is basically putting a bunch of lettuce, some Italian seasoning, a little pepper, and some olive oil and vinegar on your sandwich.Parking: There should be plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's much easier to enter the lot from Sunnyside than from Commercial - especially if you're heading North.Kid-friendliness: They can make sandwiches as plain as your kids want - as long as they like bread, meat and/or cheese they should be good.“

More care is needed when assembling the sandwiches. They are a mess when served with all the insides sliding out all around the bun.Why not just bring back the "super" instead of me having to add everything that used to come on it?On the plus side, the crinkle fries were perfectly done and served hot! I love the sandwich, which i could get at any location, its the staff here that keeps bringing me back. I want to personally compliment some staff. First, Emilio who runs a tight ship, and always has helped me with any problem ive had. Stacey, a true leader, who has calmly, problem solved some pretty challenging issues which were all resolved positively. Next is Alyssia, who is also a great leader, and a really sweet person to deal with when you come in. Also, my delivery guy Jeremy, who always delivers my sandwich in a timely manner, and many times extremely fast. Mr. Owner, you should really take notice of my words, and really appreciate these staff members, and be lucky you have them, because they are not just a number but, hard workin folks who truly deserve a raise!!! “This place is the best taco truck in Salem!!They are so nice and friendly. Always making sure we get everything we need for our food. I go there like three times a week for their tacos. The carne asada literally melts in your mouth. Their pickled carrots are amazing!!! They give us so much of them, which I appreciate because I eat them all. Spicy but not over powering!! I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!“
