First thing I noticed walking inside was that it was very dirty and stinky in this store. Big black flies just flying around the store. Their stock was decent but the workers there don't care about customer service unless you are friends with them. We had a lady cut in front of us because she started a conversation with one of the cashiers and stood in front of us. Despite one of the few asian stores in the area, my family and I do not want to come back. Very disappointing.

Great selection but their cashiers could be a bit friendlier

Really good prices and fresh foods if you know what you're looking for!

Excellent place to find unusual items you don't find in a commercial grocery store

I will give this place a 3 star, they have a decent amount of products but the prices are more than a lot of other Asian markets. When it comes to fresh products they are a bit more limited. I was happy to find my enoki mushrooms though which I used in a cooking video. I ended up only purchasing a couple items total after browsing for a hour. I would shop here again if I was in the area and really needed something but I went out of my way a little to check this store out.

(3.5 stars)---I'm going to return because they had a huge selection of ingredients from all regions of Asia and I really enjoyed that. Plus, lots of fresh seafood! Speaking of seafood, I wasn't 100% comfortable with how some of the live creatures were kept. 3 live (I think) eels were crammed into a bucket and it felt a bit cruel. Also, I bought a packet of chips and later saw that they had expired in October of 2020. It is now February 2021.

I've tried to buy a lobster weight with the bag $ 42+I asked the guy to weight the lobster alone $38+ That's $4 more.I went to the cashier I took the lobster out the bag and weight the lobster again $ 39+ the scale at the cashier was off to their favor, I got charge almost $2.00 more. The girl was very rude, she told me if I DO not want to pay for the bag I have to carry the lobster home the way it is. They are operating their business illegally for charging for the bag and water as the price of the product. The State of Oregon's allowing the retailers charging customer $0.05 for the bag.The lobster was $15,99 per pound they tried to make me pay $15.99 per pound for the bag with every drop of water too with it. As the result I walked for $5.00 addition..3875 Market St NE, Salem, OR 97301

This place has such a large amount of various Asian food items for anybody that is wanting to buy such items will be able to so.So though the prices here might be higher than what one might be expecting. One will be able to choose from a very large selection of stuff.

Like this store. Sometimes I can't find something and I ask them and they take me right to very spot in the shelf where its nearly hidden. So if you can't find something, just ask them, they know exactly where it is!

We found everything we have been looking for that we couldn't find in regular grocery stores. Such as all the Latin vegetables and gyoka and also Ramone drinks. Great prices. Especially on the seafood

One of the few asian markets in the area with very fresh seafood! Although they do not have a huge variety, they do have lots of asian snacks and drinks to choose from. Canned milk tea, mochi, instant ramen, Pocky sticks... they've got them all! When we came, there was a big swarm around the seafood area. Most people come here for the fresh seafood: fish, live shrimp, crab, etc. That is one of popular reasons that people would endure such a tiny little grocery store like this. Not only that, there was a long line for the cashier checkout area. It's not very organized either. Although they have two aisles marked with blue tape, many people just cut other customers or go infront of eachother! Not very organized and the staff didn't care too much to organize the lines either. They also have a sushi boba shop connected to the building, but it seems to be closed due to COVID. Overall, I would give them 3.5 stars if I could. I'll round it up to 4 since I got my milk tea fix and a couple unique asian snacks.

Very busy. Only 1 checker working. Lots of employees stocking and helping customers. I got clams and scallops. Some people got huge orders. Everyone paid with cash but me. So many items I dont know anything about. Will have to try a new item from time to time.

They have lots of great Asian and especially Chinese dry goods and TONS of good produce. I actually found fresh 柚子 in winter and fresh lychee in summer.

Quality fresh seafood. Not too busy, and service was quick and efficient.
