Pita Pit Reviews
Ordered today online at 11:30. Went to location at noon. Door locked. One emp inside completely ignoring myself and another customer outside. A little after noon another employee shows up and unlocks the door. Also ignores our question about if they are filling orders.
At 12:15 I asked about my order. Attitude from worker. I stated that I had ordered 45 minutes ago and I was the only one there. He said “well you can wait another 45 minutes.”

I was a long-term Pita Pit customer until I ordered online in early November. Went to pick up order and the business was locked and dark. Called and got no answer so ran an errand and returned to a business still locked and dark. I called later and the employee told me they opened late. No problem. Stuff happens. Pita Pit is a popular downtown spot with a lively atmosphere, often bustling with customers. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is always polite. While the restaurant can get cramped and loud, the staff remains courteous and attentive. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious pitas. Recent visits have shown that the new owner is great and takes time to learn the names of customers, which adds a friendly touch. The atmosphere and food quality have remained fairly the same, with many customers enjoying the polite and respectful employees who provide good, fresh-tasting food. However, some have noted that the quality and service have declined, mentioning that the chicken can be processed and mushy despite being grilled, and the pita bread has become smaller and thinner. Despite these concerns, the sauces are tasty, and veggies seem fresh enough. Overall, Pita Pit still has potential to be a top-rated spot, especially if cleanliness and meat quality improve.
