Our take out order ended up in the garbage. my omelet was crispy, hasbrowns and toast were cold. my husband had egg Benedict with a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce and the English muffin was hard, knife wouldn't cut it. Shouldn't the quality of take out be the same as dine in?? next time we'll spend our fixed income at Elmers.
Friendly service, hot food
We go to Shari's quite often. I was disappointed to see a restaurant inspection score of 78 in today's paper. Your restaurant got hit on quite a few health/safety issues. We go to your Kaiser restaurant mostly, but have been to the one on Commercial. Hope you get these issues resolved.

Shari's Cafe and Pies offers exceptional service with a touch of humor from the servers. The food quality is reasonably priced and the portions are ample. The cozy mom-and-pop shop atmosphere adds to the overall experience. The service is very friendly, though the labor shortage makes for a long wait for food. The food and prices are still wonderful. If you have the time, it's still worth going for a nighttime snack.
