I came back in for a drink for my daughter the sold us a drink we waited 10 minutes I finally asked the kid who sold us the drink what's going on there are no people in line or in drive through line. He goes back and I'm hearing someone say they don't even have that drink. After the 10 minute wait we got a sorry pick another drink. Seems they lack maturity and leadership here

My order was not correct, I did not want to drive all the way back to this TB. The food was good even though it was not everything I ordered.
I've always been very happy with the food at this location. The portions are good and prices are very reasonable. Employees are always friendly and respectful. Never had an issue with service here, as I mainly use the drive-through. And I've never had to go back to have an order fixed.
Pulled into the drive thru just before closing, during my order I was informed that they are closed and will no longer be taking my order. This was per manager Chris. It wasn’t until I asked their name that they decided to take my order and by watching them through the window. I figured they just spit my food. There’s enough Taco Bell locations in the area I don’t recommend this one. Unless you want to spit in your food. 1/29/2024

Went to the drive thru because it didn't seem safe enough to dine inside at the time. We looked at the menu for a minute, lady asked if we needed help. Declined stating we needed a minute to look at the menu as it's been awhile since we've eaten there. Mind you at this point there's only one car behind us and it had JUST pulled up. Then all of a sudden a guy shouted at us to "JUST PULL UP TO THE WINDOW" in an irritated tone. Worst service I've ever had. Will not be going to this West Salem location again and seriously looking into calling corporate. I get working fast food isn't fun but to yell at customers taking barely 2 full minutes to decide on an order is ridiculous. Hope whoever yelled at us gets the anger management help they obviously need.

I saw the bad reviews from 2 months ago, but I've been going for around a month around 8 am to 11 am and the staff who work there make the food perfectly. Hot, fresh, correct portions, never wrong. I'm very happy with their morning staff.

So disappointed. We went here for dinner, we were the only ones in the drive-thru. We had pre-placed our order in the app, no issues. Once we got home, we were SO disappointed in the food. Our cheesy gordita crunches (2) had almost no cheese on them, basically just a soft gordita around a crummy crunchy taco. The nacho cheese fries were cold and hard, they were actually inedible. Lastly, the soft tacos were extremely underfilled. The only thing that was ok (and I've had better) was the Crunchwrap. We spent over $30 and it sucked.

Super rude staff. They have a designated area for mobile pickup orders that they apparently don't use and are super rude and angry if you ask about it. When asked why they didn't use the pickup area I was told by a very unprofessional employee "a closed mouth stays hungry!". Don't recommend this location.
