I absolutely love this location and the crew here. I stop by a lot and the service is always quick and fantastic from every member of the staff. Every time I order my sandwiches look just like the menu ?. We're lucky to have such a well run Jersey Mike's here in West Salem!
We just arrived here about an hour ago and want to give a round of applause to the manager [I think her name was Tiffany] for keeping a well-oiled machine going despite a dozen people in line, a persnickety customer on the phone who had an issue with a Door Dash and expecting the store manager to handle it. The best JM location I’ve ever eaten from. My husband and I get subs from this location frequently because they have the best gluten free bread and gf snicker doodle cookie. I’m so thankful to have these options. The sandwiches are always perfect too at this location. Just so happy!
