I picked my daughter up from school at Willamette University and happened to stop by The Bistro and so glad I did! My review is of their awesome cookies!!! They are just the right amount of crunch, on the thicker side and big! And- wait for it..... they cost only ONE DOLLAR!! I didn't have time to stay and enjoy a hot drink- but next time with make note to do so. If you are in the area, check it out.
Nice, student like atmosphere, friendly staff. Coffee is good, better than the law school's coffee bar. The bar bars are to die for. They're oatmeal, fudge brownie bars, soft, moist and chocolatey. They also have buzz bars, like the bar bars, only with coffee. Great for a pick me up. They also have a modest selection of nice teas. Worth a visit.

I look forward to swinging by the Bistro when visiting my daughter at Willamette. Even on the college tour we were told they had the best cookies and they were only $1. Good coffee and friendly service staffed by students. Love that they have chalk out to graffiti up the place and plenty of seating.
