The food carts here are great! NW Smash Burgers, Little India, Crazy Philly Steak and of course a fantastic beer and cider bar. The only problem is the limited parking.

The Hey Taylor and Ol Lally with Beingets. You will find this little gem tucked at the very end of the Beehive station that is located in Salem. With the delicious food that simply leaves your mouth watering you will want to try more and more. The service was quick, food was out in a timely manner and perfect for those whom have an appetite. Short of actually being in New Orleans, these were some of the best Beingets (pronounced Ben-Yeah) I have come across. It is very easy to over cook these bad boys and have them not be very flavorful. Too little time and they are doughy. Being that you are at Beehive, pick your spot to go and strap on that feed bag and be prepared to enjoy a delicious to go or sit there meal.

My fella and I stopped by Beehive Station on a whim for lunch yesterday afternoon. Neither of us had been there and we purposefully didn't look up any of the food carts beforehand. We wandered around the dozen or so carts, and I decided to try The Easy Otter based off their posted menu, knowing nothing else about them. Let me just say, I feel like I hit the "blind foodcart challenge" jackpot. I ordered the Oo-De-Lally with Cajun fries, and can confidently say it was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. My fella ordered from another cart and was jealous he didn't order from TEO after trying both of our meals. We definitely want to come back on the weekend to try the chicken and waffles. The food cart owner was super sweet, too. Come try this food, people. Support delicious, local, unique, freshly made food. ?

I ate there for the first time today. I don't normally order chicken strips because they all seem the same to me. This place changed my mind on that. The chicken strips were cooked perfectly. So tender and moist. The breading was amazing and the portions were more than I could eat in one sitting (that never happens). The fries were hot and crispy as well. I'm not sure if the person who helped us was the owner or not, but whoever it was, they were amazing. I also don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt like this place was worth it.
Amazing food. The beignets are to die for! Highly recommend.

Everything is excellent quality, so well made! The hand breaded Chicken sandwich is probably one of the best I've had, and I've had many of them! Highly recommend trying the garlic fries, and the slaw. Everything is fresh and made with love! Overall a great spot, definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Did a preorder/pick up and everything was amazing!! We got two of the Salmon Chowder specials with sous vide egg, tarragon cream cheese sauce & homemade pie crust, the My Cherry Amour beignets, and the boneless wings & fries. Deliciously rich, flavorsome, and so so filling!! It was definitely worth making a trip out in the light rain & cold with the family. So glad to have been able to try this wonderful food truck located in the Beehive Station!?
