If I could give a zero on service I would. They had two people talking on the drive thru. Messed up our order and then blamed us. Since when does a five layer burrito have lettuce in it? Mine did. Food was cold and employees were rude. Including the manager. They made my husband go out and get a dime because they messed up order and then it was a dime difference. I was very disappointed and wouldn't refer anyone to go here.

The staff were courteous and pleasant. I didn't have to wait too terribly long. Unfortunately the original chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a few hours, the coleslaw was barely chilled but the mashed potatoes were decent enough.

This KFC is getting worse every time we go there and I think today was our last time. Last time we went the lobby was opened but this time it was not and no sign on the door to say it was not opened. We did not want to wait in the long line for drive thru but had no choice since they do not have the common courtesy to put a stupid sign on the lobby entrance. Wanted the crispy chicken but they said they did not have any and this is at only 1PM. Asked also for a extra mash potatoes and gravy which when we got home there was not. When we got home which is a half hour from there the grease from the chicken had leaked thru the box and when we opened it is was nothing but a greasy mess. Drive thru was a little crowded but you would think they could at least drain the chicken before they put it in the box. It is also a hit and miss on how the cole slaw is going to be every time we go there. This time the cole slaw was Ok but not like the original used to be. When we ate the chicken I had to stop since it was so greasy. Do not think we will be going back there again. We have visited this KFC at least 15 times since we moved here 11 years ago and every time either you do not get everything you ordered or else they are out of something no matter what time of day it is. Manager is a b**** and does not care.

WORST KFC EVER! We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to find out that they were out of chicken. The woman taking orders over the speaker was rude to car in front of and proceeded to rude to us. The guy at the window was also very unkind!! Do Not Eat Here! Rudest and Worst Service Ever!

Person at register was rude racist and bad mannerd. Restaurant shows to be closed at 9pm. But register closed at 8pm. I had asked originally for a biscuit but was missed on my original order. I ask to pay for one. The boy was rude and racist tone denied a biscuit purchase.
