“I discovered this food truck when planning a trip to Crater Lake. We like Thai food, and loved the name of the business, so made a point of finding the truck on the way to the lake from San Diego. SO glad we did! Honestly the best Thai food I have ever had. Hard to believe from a "humble" food truck - but true. Woman was very pleasant, and food was truly made from scratch. (Allow extra time.) Very large portion - we ate plenty for lunch, and had leftovers for that evening. Since this was a food truck - parked in the parking lot of a mobile home park - there was not much "ambience"; but we went for the food, not the surroundings - and we were definitely not disappointed. Highly recommend this business, and the great Thai food. NOTE: We took this trip in September, 2022, and I am just now getting around to writing this review. Be sure to check the location of the Yummy Num Nums truck before starting out - it can move around. When we were there it was parked in Shady Cove, OR on the parking lot of Shady Acres MHP.“
