Picked up from drive through, drove only 10 minute drive home and when we sat down to eat the food was ice cold, to the point we had to warm it up. It was dangerously cold the prices were also insane. It was eight dollars for a small thing of broccoli cheddar soup. They had no more baguettes so we had to get apples. The mac & cheese was cold. It should not have been cold. I do not recommend going to this location.

Ordered food for delivery through the app after receiving a coupon for a order they sent me the wrong items for previously.The exact same thing happened this time. I don’t think the workers are reading anything other than the name of the sandwiches that need to be made. All the substitutions I got charged for were not correct.Disappointing this happened on the order that was supposed to be a solution for them messing up previously. I will not be returning or ordering from this location again.

Every time I go to order here, something is wrong with my order. This time I had no bacon on my bacon turkey bravo. The order took excessively long, over 15 minutes when no one was in lobby or in line. The gal who took my order was great, repeated back my order and added on extra side sauce I wanted. But the consistency is so poor here. I had worked for Panera back in the day for over 8 years and it has gone down hill. I will not be back.

This place routinely runs out of like half their menu every evening. Tough to call yourself, Panera bread, and not have any bread left. Burger places run out of burgers? Mexican places run out of Mexican food? Bake a bit of extra bread and give it away, but don’t run out of bread every other night. Totally

Forgot to put butter in my order. I asked for extra and I got none! The bag was packed so tight I would have had to empty it out to see if everything was in there so I trusted that I got what I ordered.Might be awhile before we eat here again!
Ordered Baja Bowl with chicken and Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken. Differences in size between the two were huge. One was overflowing. The other was paltry. When we pointed that out to cooks behind counter they just shrugged their shoulders - said there were missing ingredients. When we dug through the bowls one had only 2 Tbl of chicken. Crazy? How much extra did we pay for that? Pictures show the difference. We buy these same bowls often at other Panera's. This was a first for us - to be treated disrespectfully - not even an offer to fix the second bowl!

We only drive thru for the country rustic sourdough. It's delicious. We always call first and have a loaf saved and thick sliced. We've never had a problem and it's always amazing. We love the sourdough. Highly recommend. We usually end up eating a piece on the way home.

Why leave a tip?!! I order my own food. I get my own cup and drink. I wait and wait and wait for the little puck to go off. I go see where my soup is only to find it COLD in the window where I have to pick up my own food... "The little pucks don't work very well."... SO WHY GIVE ME ONE?!! I have to ask for hot soup. I have to stand waiting. I take my own food to the table. Then they expect me to buss my own table and sort out the garbage, cups, bowls, and silverware. Oh. Two little pieces of chicken in the chicken wild rice soup. What is wrong with these people? And they think people are going to line up for a 2.4 star restaurant.
