This store has served me a cold whopper the last three times I visited the store. Only once were my fries hot. Meals need to be hot and juicy as they used to advertise them.

It's really sad, I've given this place several times to change my mind and to this date Everytime I have gone they have messed my order up in more ways than one and are rude in the process and also blame me for the mistakes. If I could give this place and the employees a lower rating I would. High don't recommend going here

There's a woman who works there, takes my cash when I come up, probably in her mid to late 20's, Latina or something of the like, brown skin, not very tall, she was there this Friday March 1st 2024 around 3pm, shes also been there very late right as you guys were about to close, anyway she's always extremely nice. I've seen her a few times and I always drive away thinking "she's really nice, I like her" lol. Great service. Writing this for any bosses or managers who may read it.

I dont even know how to express how awful the staff and MANAGER are at this location. I ordered my food not a complex order either nor was it busy at all! The staff dis not seem to be listening while I was ordering and when my food arrived that was made completely clear. I kindly let them know they had made a mistake with my kids Jr meal and had made up a Jr meal that isn't even on the menu. The employee cuts me off while I'm talking and sends the manger over who has a bad attitude to start with. ( durinf this time employee shows back up and puts a cheese Burger on my tray still not what i ordered) I explain the problem to her and she trys telling me she will have to recharge my card for the new total amount and that my other order will be refunded in a few days or she will just give the kids meal. I end up just telling her I will take the kids meal and be done with it. I wait 20 minutes and no meal shows up abd we are listing to staff talk horribly about drive though customer and joking about how they asked for fresh frys buy this is what they are getting. I walk up to the counter to ask about this meal and the employee tells the manger that she already gave it to me. I become frustrated tell them never mind I am completely Over this experience and that they could do better job at taking orders and listening to thier customer. Tell my family to leave and not clean the table cause they could do something. I was told by stuff to not come back and I fully agreed walking out the door. As we reached our car another employee is running at our car demanding we get out of the way so he can take our listens plate and telling us not to be haters. The manger then comes out yelling at use and recording as us we are trying to leave flipping us off and completely escalating this interaction.Stuff need retrained on customer service or completely removed would be better. Will not he returning to this run down awful smelling shell of a Burger King. Oh then once home my sister bits into the Burger that i didn't order to pull out a long hair with her bit. Gross. Do better.

Sadness to be ordered. Yes, I understand your situation and regular customer types. Hell, I used to work at the Wal-Mart right there personally. Different situation ,yet same people and sad employees. It's not our fault you can't get a better job ,as well as clearly are terrible even to be employed here. I only wanted to say ,"hey bring some home food." Until I realized the people I know whom already did were treated like hell do to this being your regular work(employment) life? This is your choices and have seen a lot of videos of you already. "Sad but True" by Metallica.Try listening to it. It is about how terrible they are at their jobs before you get to lazy to make even a microwaved meal at home. Jeeze employess....Hair in the food and cooked how long ago jeeze. ?

Burger King doesn't need my help, but I need to commend the general manager for their professional, compassionate, and generous service. I bought a meal yesterday, received an order I didn't ask for, requested my money back, received a refund, and than out of the goodness of their heart, had my meal replaced with a more expensive item. Please go and support this burger king. They deserve it. The space is small, but clean and friendly and they make sure "we take care of each other".

They screw burger orders up here a lot. Took them 3 times to make one burger correct on more than one occasion. And my burger is always the same: meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and extra onion. REALLY easy. I've worked at 2 different locations in the past and I don't eat here anymore because of the screwups the last time I went. It was absolutely infuriating standing there and watching them get my burger wrong multiple times. I can hear them saying the burger wrong and I'm standing there telling them "that's not right" and they still got it wrong. Don't eat here when it's busy cause they'll screw up your food.

Every single time I've been there I never get what I ordered the way I want it and their slogan is "have it your way", but you don't. And I ordered an impossible whopper which it plant based 'meat' and when I got home to eat it it was RAW and pink. How can you severely under cook a plant burger?! They do have good blended freezes but you have to ask for it in a certain way or forget it.

I ordered ahead using the mobile app to make sure it was ready when I got there or shortly thereafter. It didn't make any difference.Their app says to pull up to the drive through and let them know you ordered with the app. I did that and was told to park in their lot in a random spot and they would bring it out. I waited for 20 minutes before they brought my food out.The food was all cold. They didn't get the order right, so my kids didn't eat dinner, and I doubt it'll ever go back to this restaurant again.

I normally don't complain about fast food but this one really rubbed me the wrong way. My sister and I were just grabbing a snack so we got 2 rodeo burgers, a frozen coke and a frozen blue raspberry. When we got out food we got 1 rodeo burger and 1 cheese burger, and a frozen cherry. We wouldn't have minded except she's allergic to mustard which was on the cheese burger. So we called and made to look like liars. We were asked to bring the food back so that they could see since the cook swore he put onion rings on the rodeo burger (uh ya... the 1 we did get but the other wasn't a rodeo burger) he also stated we asked for half blue raz and half cherry freeze.. even if we had it was still all cherry. So we went back they didn't ask to see the food just threw 4 onion rings and a blue raspberry drink through the window without saying anything. Needless to say worst customer service I've ever gotten. I could understand if we were trying to get free food but we weren't we were just asking them to correct thier wrong. And still didn't.
