“John (night manager) was absolutely amazing. The customer before us did a huge order and he was super polite and let us know ahead of time that our wait was going to be a little longer than usual. He was so friendly. Super glad we stopped and got our food there instead of somewhere else.“
“There's a woman who works there, takes my cash when I come up, probably in her mid to late 20's, Latina or something of the like, brown skin, not very tall, she was there this Friday March 1st 2024 around 3pm, shes also been there very late right as you guys were about to close, anyway she's always extremely nice. I've seen her a few times and I always drive away thinking "she's really nice, I like her" lol. Great service. Writing this for any bosses or managers who may read it.“
“Ladies and gentlemen, listen up my wife and I decided to stop at this particular Burger King tonight around 8 ish. Clearly before they close anyways. Normally, I don't give 5 star rating unless they actually deserve it. The place was clean, It was quiet, It was relaxing, the staff was happy and they were very friendly. The reason that I say very friendly is because the lady went beyond and above to make my sandwich the way that I like it do to the fact that I have allergies and I let the lady know that I have allergies. She even separated our order in 2 separate bags. So my wife had her own bag and I had mine. First off shout out to the manager of the night. That deserves a raise for taking very good care of her customers. She made sure that her customers were treated with decency and kindness and I really appreciate that. We don't see much of that. Anymore, these days in any restaurant whatsoever? She made sure that the person behind the counter. That was making the burgers change their gloves and clean every surface. So that way I wouldn't end up in the hospital tonight and I really appreciate that. The food was great. It was excellent. It tasted good. It wasn't timed out. The fries were hot. The burgers were excellent. The bacon was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly. So higher-ups let's listen up here. There are a few little details. You guys need to fix around the store like preferably one of your menu boards was out and needed to be replaced. That was the only issue that I had other than that. My experience was 5 stars.“
