My first visit and they did NOT disappoint! The brisket sandwich and tri-tip burnt ends and cheddar sandwich, fries heavily seaoned not too salty, and onion rings were light and full of flavor.

The BBQ is great here. Kind of random, they only allow you to order to go but they do have a lot of seating - you are provided food in to go containers and can sit there or take out. We have been here twice and done both. Tri tip, shredded chicken, beans with burnt ends, Mac and cheese and coleslaw were the winners here. BBQ sauce choices. I'd skip the cucumber salad, wasn't a fan. Definitely will keep in the rotation. My only comment that brings to 4 stars is re: service. Both times we visited the woman at the counter (co-owner??) seemed over it, annoyed and short like she didn't want to be there and she didn't want us to be there either. But I wouldn't let that dissuade you from visiting because the food is really good.

Gracious owner and employees that went out of their way to make our event special. And the food was killer, especially the tritip and the Caesar salad. Hire Cascade BBQ for an event and you won't go wrong. Thank you owner Eric and all the great people at Cascade BBQ!

No idea what happened to this place because it used to be great. It is now takeout only, and the only thing stating this is a handwritten sign on the door. Our fault for not noticing I guess. Person who took our order was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. Nothing was mentioned about takeout only until after we had ordered and payed. Food was inedible. Pulled pork sandwich had zero flavor. Meat was rubbery and no flavor not even salt. Chicken salad came with also flavorless chicken on the side. I’ve have had better microwave dinner and cafeteria food. Don’t see this place being in business much longer. Save your money and go literally anyplace else.

Tried cascade BBQ for the first time. Really liked. The food was great, the service was great and the servers were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and I are both handicapped . We will definitely be back. One of cleanest restaurants I have seen.

A big shout out to Aron who saw our car pull in right at closing and still took our order. We sat outside and listened to live jazz, which was a real treat for my husband. As always the food and service was top notch.

Lived in Texas for 25 years. This place is excellent. The BBQ is done right. Most places cheap out on the proper cooking process to save money - cooking too fast or not actually smoking it. Here, you can taste the smoke in the meat.That proper cooking process takes time and money. I’m super glad they’re offering actually good BBQ for a slightly higher price than if they cheaped out on the cooking process. And they definitely aren’t overpriced. Good bargain for what you get. Corvallis is very lucky to have this place.

So, a bit confused. Numerous reviews in the last year about Cascades wonderful potato salad, yet when it inquired about it as it was not on the menu, I was told they have not had potato salad for two years. Um.

Great place for BBQ in Corvallis. Everyone enjoyed their meals. They were a little skimpy on the fries across all the meals. All the meats were well smoked and flavorful. The sauces had good variety, and were also excellent.The selection of beers on tap was decent, and they had a huge bottled selection.They also had some dairy free options for my daughter.
