I try to give the place the benefit of the doubt every now and then and it just disappoints every time. Another 19 minute Wait when I was the only one there. And still forgot items. Generally it's faster to run to Mohawk for faster service and much better quality food. Really wish this one would get back on track like it use to be years ago.

Went through drive thru ordered 2 10 piece nuggets with barbecue sauce was put in as 20 piece got home no sauce sent my uncle back and they gave him attitude saying you have to ask at window...I said with barbecue sauce...they need to learn respect accept they are know for messing up orders

Did an online order to pick up in store because I was wanting to try the new wcDonalds sauce. Ordered a Big Mac sharable and chose my three completely dipping sauce as bbq. Then did an additional order or 4 or the Wcdonald sauce. Went to get my order and watched front person pack the bag checking the screen order 3-5 times. Noticed they purposely excluded a bbq and a Wcdonald. When they handed me the order I said she did not put in the correct amount of sauce.They then informed me that I ordered too much sauce and because the app does not charge for extra sauce, they would not be giving me what I ordered. I informed them that the Wcdonald sauce is a promotional item and is probably not being charged. But every other sauce other than ketchup syrup and salsa is indeed being charged on the app.No reason to play high and mighty over 1$. I like my sauce. 0/10 for the person working front/online pickup this location on 03/25/2024 between the hours of 6:30pm and 7:30pm.

They took 3 people in a double line in front of us. Then disrespectly disregarded us. After we said we were next. We reminded her she served 3 people from the other line in front of us. She started getting louder She yells out I am one person doing multiple things. We asked for the manager she said she was the manager. Come to find out she was not. I spoke with a female staff member named Emily that refused my complaint to speak to someone. We were told the managers name was Jose. After everyone tried to hide it. We had to go inside and was still refused. We were calm. It took another another costomer to get us the managers name and they still didn't take our complaint about the disrespect we received in the driver through.

Stopped here on our way to a school trip. We were hovered and watched by multiple employees and then screamed at by 2 of them saying we can’t dine in. We aren’t from the area and didn’t know. I wish it was more clear and that there had been a sign inside instead of on the door.

If you want to wait for 19 min for your food this is the spot for you . And the people working there were rude and absolutely unhelpful.
They need to cook the burgers a little longer cause they are still pink when you cut it open

They take forever literally every time that I go there. It takes me about 25 minutes or more to get my food and that’s when it’s not even a long line. I also had to go there one time for DoorDash and they were about 15 minutes late
