On my latest visit, the coffee was barely warmer than room temp and tasted old. The staff was having a great time--which I understood because there were more staff members than customers--but the tables were disgusting and the garbage was full.I've been here a few times (giving them just-one-more-chance) but I'm done with it!
The barista was very messy. When I asked for a little more whipped cream, because it was soft due to not being shaken properly, it oozed all over my personal cup and my gold cup sleeve making quite a mess. She ignored me and as I was trying to clean the mess, including the counter, a nice fellow barista saw my dilemma. He had a damp towel, cleaned my gold cup sleeve, then cleaned all around my personal cup and the counter. I thanked him and he apologized for his fellow barista...read full review

Very nice, early morning stop on the way to SoCal. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and hot. The drinks were hot also. Their bathrooms were clean. Great, friendly service.
