We love this food truck. I used to own a BBQ restaurant years ago, and I can honestly say that the food is as good as my own. We especially like the brisket and hot links. The brisket is smoky without being overpowering and the hot links are exactly that - HOT. They also have some amazing sides. The red potato and blue cheese salad is delicious and creamy. The beans are also good. My favorite side is the cucumber salad. It's light and refreshing and is great with the heavier meats. They have a cute little patio area where you can sit and eat. They provide napkins and utensils. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and courteous. Definitely recommend that you try it.

Great food. And they were fast for being slammed at the vintage fair! Eating outside on a beautiful day just made it even better!!!

I had the pulled pork sandwich which was mouthwatering. I’m from Texas so that is a compliment. My husband had the two meat plate with the brisket and pulled pork which he thought was good.

On 42nd in Springfield. I caught drift of the aroma over there. I turned my head. I said, I'm going over here. Now. I pulled up to the window. A pleasant young woman greeted me and took my order. Easy as pi. Another woman, quick, with presence put my order together for me. I drove around the building and there, a man was working the smoker. The smoked of the wood, combined with the brisket smoking low and sure was one of those things... How to explain? When smoking meat everything has to go right. I can smell the smoke, the meat, the rendered fat, the wood, the air around me, it all comes together. I ordered the Combination Sandwich: Brisket and Pulled Pork, topped with Cole Slaw. Tender, toothsome, the way the pork is pulled gives me something to bite into. The brisket sliced thick enough to be present. The slaw sharing the stage for the greater good.

Most amazing brisket grilled cheese in the state of Oregon! We highly recommend the hot links too!

Vinnie's was stationed at South Eugene high school for an OBOB competition recently. I had never tried their food before, but it smelled good from outside, so my wife and I gave it a shot. We got chicken, brisket, a side of mac and cheese, and a pulled pork slider with coleslaw. It cost $19.75.This is amazing good. The brisket is a bit smokey and flavorful on its own. Pair it with some sweet BBQ sauce, and it is top notch. The chicken was juicy and tasty as well. I ate the slider and it was awesome. The cole slaw on it was tangy and pair very well with the pulled pork. The sandwich did fall apart after a couple bites, but it came in a small cardboard holder, so a fork was all I needed to finish it off.We got the mac and cheese for my wife's daughter that was competing. I have no idea if it is any good. My wife can't have the carbs, so she didn't try it and I don't like cheese, so I didn't try it. Her daughter wouldn't even attempt a bite because it was yellow like Kraft mac and cheese is. It is a faint yellow color and apparently, that means it must be awful according to my wife's daughter. You'll have to take that critique with a grain of salt. The portiom side was great for a side and looked fine to me -- I just don't like cheese.Overall, this was really good value for really good food. The BBQ sauce is tangy and flavorful. The chicken was moist and the brisket was a bit smokey and tasted good on its own. The slider was amazing and the coleslaw paired extremely well with the BBQ pulled pork. It falls apart fairly easily, but a fork fixes that. The mac and cheese was a generous portion, but I don't have good information on how it tastes as I am the wrong person to ask.I'm going to look up where I can get Vinnie's again. I usually like BBQ, but it depends on the smokiness and the sauce flavor and Vinnie's nailed it on both.

WOW!!! Is all I have to say!! Vinnie and crew have mastered their trade, and their passion for it really comes out in the flavors!!We tried their 2 meat plate; Brisket and Pulled Pork with Mac and BBQ Beans! Talk about drool worthy, and I personally don’t do BBQ Beans, my husband does… but to my surprise they were SOO GOOD!!We ordered the clam chowder, because cold wet Oregon weather called for it… it was scrumptious and totally hit the spot! Thanks for filling our bellies with such goodness on our travels passing through! Hope to be back again!

Ok folks, this place is a drive through BBQ shack so there's no seating to speak of. I'd get y'all pictures of my meal but unfortunately for you it didn't last long enough to get a snap.. I was hungry. Sorry. So.. I had the Red Beans and Rice with some BBQ Chicken thigh. The Red Beans and Rice would have done granny proud. Plenty of spice, yet not so much as to hide the bean flavors. The chicken was equally excellent as it was very flavorful and moist. Lovely job folks! Recommended 10/10 if you need some solid down home food at a fair price.

Good small town restaurant that's normally faster than McDonald's. Every-time you spend money at a small restaurant like this your the reason the lights stay on. The people running are some of the nicest around. 10 out of 10

The owner was one of the rudest people I have dealt with. He felt the need to yell and a couple kids (5,6,9 year old) and when confronted by an adult he had nothing to say.
