We had the biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy and a breakfast burrito. Both were excellent. The pork sausage in both was not too salty and the texture was just right.It's difficult to rate atmosphere of a food truck, but I gave a 5-star because of the friendliness of the owner, Mike.
My go to breakfast place in town. Mike is super friendly and always have good laughs while picking up food. Quality food and ingredients, reasonably priced. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy, don't forget the egg on top ??

Awesome food ... made to order.The smell of him cooking will make you hungrier than when you showed up.All the pork is better than any I've ever tasted. Clean & just so delicious.Real food from a Real guy work Really hard. Best Cuban I've had this side of FloridaAnd the Coffee ! Oh my .. straight black nectar of the gods ... don't mess it up with cream or sugar
