The entire menu is delicious... We have enjoyed everything on the menu more than once, and the taste and consistency are amazing.The bonuses are the daily specials from Poke bowls to summer power salad bowls and beyond. I'm looking forward to a location near the waterfront with tons of seating.Great food made by even greater people.
The daily specials are always fantastic, especially the poke bowl, tempura shrimp, and teriyaki salmon. I love the Bulgogi; I bring it home and add veggies to get three scrumptious meals out of it! Super friendly (Kimbo has remembered my name from day one!) A Columbia County gem to be sure.

Cute food truck! I lived in South Korea and while this is Americanized it is AMAZING! The young lady is sweet and attentive while personable; speaking to perfecting her kimchi recipe. Quality ingredients, honest prices and ingredients. 1 meal fed me for 3 days. Glad I don’t live too far!
