“Stopped on our way home from Detroit lake. We had a mushroom cheeseburger basket and a bacon cheeseburger basket. Both were very good!! Great service, even though they had help wanted signs up, she was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!”

“First time having Thai food and it was amazing, I had pad thai which is like delicious hot sweet noodles with meat, all sloppy and greasy just how I wanted it, staff is kind and the place is just calm and peaceful, nice and quiet. God bless this family ran business in Jesus name.”

“A classic American style pizza. We tried Ugo's pizza this week. It's a traditional style American pizza. Nice thin crust. Good sauce and a good amount of topping. The service was very good and friendly. The atmosphere is outdated but not bad. They have a full bar in the back with an area for video poker. There's also a few video games out front.”

“I got the 20 dollar enchilada and it came out about the same size as a normal one, I was comparing it to my sons kids enchilada. I never ever, ever ask to alter food or change it, but it seemed worth noting the size. The server was very, very kind and responsive, and brought me a second one with no trouble. I've been here 3 dozen times and grew up here, foods great, service is great, and this was a fantastic experience, as always.”

“10/10 recommend. I was in town for a wedding and wanted a local favorite…this place is a gem! It was busy on a Friday late morning, so i KNEW it had to be good…it did not disappoint. When we walked in, we were greeted quickly and sat at a cute booth. The service was so fast and the food was amazing. We had the steak and eggs. The steak was huge and so delicious. Our server, Cari, was so friendly and attentive. We had to ask for anything…refilled coffee & water without us having to ask, we didn’t have to look around to find someone to bring our check when we were finished. I highly recommend this restaurant!!”

“It’s probably about time I left a review for this welcoming crew! I visit family in Stayton regularly and make regular visits to Cuppa Joe while in town. Sweet down-home baristas, great lattes (I’m not a flavor guy), and the shop is well kept. Keep up the good work.”

“A local staple for good reason: excellent coffee, fresh fruit smoothies and super friendly baristas. I regularly order off menu since I drink 8oz lattes rather than the standard 12oz that most places offer as their smallest. The baristas easily (and mostly consistently) pour my latte short to perfection, albeit SUPER hot. Which is also not common elsewhere, but I would rather wait for it to cool than have it already too cool.

They use local fresh fruit for their marion berry and strawberry smoothies, so even in the winter or early spring you're eating local!

And most recently I discovered for their iced lattes, they are using recently poured espresso shots already chilled! Genius, and considering its been so hot lately, an undiluted latte has been well enjoyed! Thanks yall! OH, and the prices are good too!”
