“Take my dad there sometimes and we love it. I think everyone who knows about this small place loves it as well because it can get packed. Be ready to wait 10-15 min if it is packed and make sure you get on the list inside. Amazing food. Great service. Fresh Orange juice! “

“Kinda an unassuming place on your way through Redmond. Worth the stop every time! Their food is amazing and they have a huge selection of dishes. Their mole was amazing. The server recognized we were running low on chips and we didn't even have to ask for refills. The only down side is we were traveling and had no where to secure the leftovers. Great Mexican cuisine.“

“One of my favorite places to get a light/quick breakfast/lunch take-out from. I love to order the breakfast burrito or the Ruben sandwich. I have also tried their turkey sandwich and their smoothies, and they are also delicious. You pick up your order at the ordering counter towards the back of the shop. It is nice and cozy inside with a mix of tables, couches, and comfy chairs. I can see the cast of “Friends” hanging out here.“

“Such a chill vibe, with great service and fantastic food. Most recently, I had the TexMex app-really good, and the Pork Carnitas Raviolis-loved every bite!Highly recommend this place, for a date night or with a group of friends, or anything in-between.“

“Don't miss this great place for a delicious hot dog. The brisket dog with onions and BBQ sauce was savory, spicy, and tangy all at once. Also loved the sweet potato fries, fried perfectly, and tasted amazing. A must do in Redmond, Or.“

“My husband and I came here on a recommendation from my in-laws who have lived here for most of their lives. We are both Celiac and usually breakfast is the best thing to be able to eat out. This is an old house converted to a restaurant and the decor looks exactly what you’re expecting. Cute country decor style throughout. You have the option to eat upstairs but everything is packed in tight because it is an old house, so we chose to stay downstairs.I had the steak and eggs and my husband had their large special meat scramble which was like an eggs Benedict. We were able to substitute our bread for gluten free bread. Bread was really delicious but you only get one small slice already slathered with butter and a side of jam. We weren’t given an option. There is no kids menu so we were offered food off the “light side menu” for our two kids. Pancakes had a good buttery crisp edge and was a decent portion size and the bacon was a standard thin slice bacon you can buy at any grocery store. My steak was cooked medium rare, how I asked. Nothing extra special as far as breakfast goes. Our hash browns were the best thing on our plate. What we didn’t like was how unfriendly everyone working there was and how loud it got. There’s no sound absorption in the room so the people talking around us echoed ridiculously loud. We had to raise our voices to talk and I heard everyone’s conversations. It was almost uncomfortable to be in there. I asked for condiments and they never came so I had to go finally ask for them at the kitchen counter/register area. When I got up there I wasn’t acknowledged although you could see openly into the kitchen and both cooks just stared at me. There were only two waitresses whom seemed to be serving the entire restaurant. I found it odd neither of them seemed interested in being friendly or welcoming. We waited for the check but it never came so we all went to the register instead. The waitress had no idea where our actual check went. So they gave me what seemed like a random total and the bill was close to 60$ for 3 meals. We didn’t argue over it because we just wanted to leave. In the end, despite the issues we did like the food. Not sure it was special enough to go back to ever again.Dietary restrictions: Bonus points for having gluten free food.ToastWaffleSconesCinnamon Roll muffin/scone“

“Best place in Redmond for food and drinks. Wish I took a better photo but I ate it too quickly! Best clam chowder I've ever had and it's available every Friday. The new owners remodel job is spot on. Place feels twice as big and so open and clean. The new menu and the people making it are so fire! All the bartenders and fast and friendly. It's a weekly stop for lunch going forward. Thanks for making Redmond better (twice!)“

“Celebrated my wife's Bday here today with family. They give you tons of fries that are battered. The garlic parm fries are super good with lots of fresh grated parm all over. Potato skins that are made in house, large and lots of toppings.Big area, lots of tables and chairs, big fire pit outside that's covered as well. Lots of beer/cider/shots to choose from.“

“Just a short and sweet review here. Honestly, I used to work here, and I think the kitchen staff is amazingly talented! If you order off the regular menu, it's hit or miss, but if you order a special, it's usually fantastic. The flatbreads are generous and delicious, the burgers are well-made, the salads are huge, and can make two meals, and are very very good. But they're really great at though is catering. If I were you, I would have every event at the space. Their event coordinator is amazing and the food that they make for events is delicious. I love the staff here. They're kind, knowledgeable, and they make great drinks. Lastly, you can't beat the view here. It's not called the view for nothing. The golf course is beautiful and the view from the restaurant is so lovely especially in the summers when you can sit out on the deck.“

“This is a great little beer bar in Redmond. I believe it's one of the oldest, too. The food is consistent, beer is so-so, and the patio is great. Come here for a Sunday morning football game and enjoy the ambiance! This place is truly a staple of Redmond with a devoted crowd. Cheers!!“

“Good food, with a nice variety with very good gluten free pizza. Service always friendly. Would be nice if they could buffer the echo sound a bit with maybe rugs or wall hangings/soundproofing panels. It's sometimes hard to hear your tablemates.“

“Excellent service by Conner/Collin (now my brain is gone along with my hearing). My friends came from Portland. He exceeded our expectations! The food is always excellent at both locations, but converting the (historic?) old FIRESIDE to BALDY'S make the Redmond location my choice of the two. I've been going to eat at your place since it opened in Bend. You are equal to places open my more years.“

“Went there for a late afternoon lunch and was surprised when the food arrived at the table and was done to perfection! I he'd a bacon cheeseburger with deepfried pickles as an appetizer since we had never tried them and they were not bad but when my Dad got his superburger I couldn't believe my eyes ! Made up with layers of the best ingredients available including red onions, iceburg lettuces, avacado, bacon,on a lightly toasted sourdough bread with a layer of cheese on the outside with out harming the soft freshness of the inside and that was a sure sign that they hired a good cook along with the waitress who was quick to bring us our dessert and to go boxes upon request ? and I had to try the marionberry pie with vanilla ice cream on the top and after that it was native but I drove back to Portland and went the Jefferson route by accident and the mountains were very cool and made it a memorable trip along with having dinner with my daughter and grandkids but that was across the street the night before at the e bar but country nook food was every bit as delicious and definitely one you should try if you go thru Redmond!Parking: My dad has a hard time walking and he could pull up and be sitting in a booth in less than 20 steps.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a short distance from the lot to the door and one level with no stairs or steps“

“Stopped for lunch and we're glad we did. I ordered the turkey, bacon & avocado sandwich with cup of chicken noodle soup as my side. Hubs ordered prime rib dip & soup. Delicious! The soup was flavorful with lots of chicken and fat noodles. Sandwich was loaded with turkey & bacon. Hubs really liked the prime rib dip. Service was excellent!“
