“Randomly stopped in for a pint with my wife on a road trip. Ended up having the best time. Everyone working there was kind, comical, and full of life. They even made us some carrot cake on our way out to go! It's definitely a place we would go again if we are driving through or visiting The Dalles!“
“Tina and I took a leisurely drive to The Dalles today. We took the historic highway from Mosier to The Dalles, and it was beautiful. I wanted to find a new place to eat, so I checked on Google Maps. We didn’t even know that this place was here. You probably wouldn’t find it if you weren’t specifically looking for it. We drove past it the first time and had to turn around. It’s hidden off the road behind another business. The food was awesome and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this as a destination dining experience.“
“Tacos Del Rio is the best tacos since I left Texas. I stop in every time I cross the country. The meat was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The rice, amazing. Staff was quick and friendly and the place was incredibly clean. Absolutely a recommendation to eat there, just go easy on the red hot sauce. I grew up eating really hot peppers, and this stuff was perfectly flavorful and blissfully spicy. Kinda like dating a redhead.“

Only hiccup was the electrical box sticking out in our booth.Overall great place to eat if I'm ever in the area again I will eat there!Dietary restrictions: I have a shellfish allergy and they made sure my food was prepared separately! “Came for the beer, stayed for the food. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was perfectly balanced. The sauce was just right, with not so much that you can't taste all the other toppings. The soup of the day "poor man's stew" was anything but a poor man's meal, and tasted very high quality. The Special, smoked brisket with Cole slaw, Mac salad, and corn bread was phenomenal, with the glaze over the melt in your mouth meat was perfect and not overpowering, with a lovely flavor. Staff was friendly and the lighting in the room was a great vibe. Oh, and of course the drinks were good! Fairly priced.“
