This is for Tansbourne store. I was trying to get some deli meat sliced. There were two people in front of me in a line. The lady working the counter was making sandwiches, meanwhile 3 people are behind her not even noticing the line that formed. Also, 3 people in the bakery section and two in the pizza area all minding their own business. They should be paying attention to the needs of the customers instead of just focusing on what they are doing. One person should be making sandwich and someone else helping people that just want deli items. I finally just walked away because it was taking too long just to get deli meat.

What is this meal crap for "what did I go there for?" You are unreal! You were out of 3 items of my very pedestrian 12-item list; then the tortillas were moldy! I talked to to your Bot Ron. I told him I was concerned that this product would mot be pulled in a timely manner. He replied that you take these issues very seriously and this would be communicated with Upper Management. In other words Whole Foods doesn't care! What a joke!

Burrito bar totally unprepared. Out of beans, rice, beef, asada and chicken. Where is the prep cook? They were turning away customers because they were out of food and weren't prepared. 130pm

Below average coffee and service. Coffee tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee. Too weak. Staff didn't bother to greet or acknowledge me in any way. Took my order and said "there ya go". That was all she said to me! I'm unlikely to bother with this coffee again.

I used to enjoy this market. It felt luxurious. Now, having to handle my own check out feels like I'm paying top dollar to shop at a K-Mart. One would think there would be a steep discount for the trouble, but no. No discount. You pay in full for the privilege of becoming your own cashier. I've headed to New Seasons

Whole Foods for breakfast.? Forget about it. Liquid eggs, is that reconstituted powder eggs? Sure taste like crap. There was another dish with eggs (liquid!), tortilla chips on top with cheese. This wasn't any better because of the eggs. Bacon, who doesn't love bacon? Their bacon was not tasty. What happened Whole Foods, your food use to be good. Too many shortcuts? Do you get pre-made manufactured food from the warehouse? Do the cook there cook or just reheat? It's better to go to McDonalds just in the next parking lot for better tasting breakfast. Or Einstein's for real eggs on a bagel, real fresh.

It was a very long day and I was looking forward to having a nice cold beer as I relaxed at home but as I walked to the door I noticed the manager about to lock the door. My heart sank. "Are you closed?" I asked. "Yes, at 9" she replied, "do you need something quick?" Hopeful me replied "I just need one beer." "Come on in - I still have cashiers" My night was made so much better by this act of kindness. I'm not a huge fan of Amazon or their business practices but I know that a company is made up of humans and I'm so so thankful for that act of humanity.

Loved the place. Great food fresh made on premise. Would definitely go again. Recommend for any one staying in the Pearl district in Portland Oregon
