Inviting ambiance. Polite servers. Amazing food. Easy parking lot parking. I stopped by at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy. I was quickly seated and ordered the Sake Aisuru Don and edamame. The Sake Aisuru Don (salmon sashimi, salmon belly, and minced salmon over rice) was extremely fresh. This ramen is so good I started eating before remembering to take a picture. It’s so far, my favorite ramen in Portland. I get Tonkatsu with added spice. The broth is amazing, thin but still rich. The chashu is glazed and savory. The noodles are the consistency I like most. They don’t feel like 99¢ noodles from an Asian store.The one downside is that the sushi is mediocre. Has little flavor. So I’d recommend getting just ramen

My first time here and The first time I had a Japanese meal after my visit to Kobe & Osaka Japan. Bit nervous and hesitant that I wouldn’t be satisfied HOWEVER it was as good as the best food I had in Japan., I was extremely impressed with the presentation of the food as the flavor was Amazing ? also the attention to detail and the quality of the food especially the salmon.
