Great when it's available, especially the shakes, but been closed for months. Is there a plan for reopening?

Came here for some all natural good food to find it temporarily closed again. Seems like its closed more often then it's open

Can't find a locally sourced grass fed pasture raised burger for $8 at any other restaurants! Nor is it easy to find dairy free milkshakes. So glad they have the Bliss shakes now. Chocolate Hazlenut is so delicious!

Good food. Overpriced.

The service was quite friendly, the wait for the burger was reasonable. The freshness and quality were spot on. However... The burger was completely bland, not a grain of seasoning. Only the bacon and ketchup in which I drowned it made it edible. The fries, on the other hand, were quite good.

This location still requires all people to wear masks. They should notify people who other online so that they can bring a mask. I've been to dozens of businesses since the governor lifted the mask mandates and burgerville is the only one who is still requiring a mask. My last visit to this business.

Updated review. No reason I shouldn't have given 4 stars. The visit did warrant 5. Quick night outing for shakes and fries. The place is immaculate and clean. The employees were happy, polite and efficient. The sweet cream shake was super sweet and tasted like butter. Kind of weird. Strawberries shake was awesome. Love the chocolate. Can't wait to try the rest.

Update your mask policy... totally ridiculous, won't be returning until they follow the law and common sense.

Very rude service, they no longer take cash and was told you can only order online.

Honestly, I usually love Burgerville. As far as fast food goes, it's over priced but the best there is to offer around here. But this location... I will never ever be back. Which is unfortunate because we just moved into the neighborhood and I can walk there. They don't accept cash and their credit/debit machine hardly lets you make a purchase without tipping. The person working the 2 times I've been there (the first time I left without purchasing anything and the second time I went because I assumed they would be better since things are starting to open up), smiled while simultaneously being rude, did not explain the machine well, I didn't want to tip, ended up tipping the maximum (the buttons DONT correspond with the choice), to this rude person. It took more than 10 minutes for a regular cheese burger and fries (it was empty in there) and had to wait 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. My food was cold by then and so was my mood). I prefer to decide who I tip at fastfood restaurants, since most don't accept tips. I don't like being forced and I don't like the aura in this place. Normally Burgerville is the best... every other location but this one. Literally. Don't do it!!! They'll mess with your juju and steal your good vibe.

Oh where do I begin. I've never regretted giving a business my money so much until coming here. First of all it's expensive For being a mediocre fast food place. Second they wouldn't let me use their restroom because of "covid" even though every other business has their restrooms open for their customers now. Whatever I can get past that, however they charge 25 cents per sauce!!! WTF?!?! I've never heard of a fast food place charging their paying customers for sauces. I just spent 30 dollars on 2 burgers and you can't give me a couple damn sauces?! No wonder in n out is taking them out of business and I'm glad. NEVER AGAIN.

Great food, a bit pricey

This food is absolutely gross. Go to a different location, these guys don't care. Burger came right out of a grease pit and slopped everywhere. Threw that out right away.

It seems like they are never open. Closing at 5pm on Saturday nights is extremely early and 7pm on most weeknights isn’t much better. Almost every time we plan to go, we realize they’re already closed. Change your hours and we’ll actually be able to support your establishment.

Not sure why, but they are not serving water at their restaurant anymore, they want us to buy water. While every other Burgerville serves water. Myself and several customers had a conversation about it and the lack of customer service. This will hurt my opinion of Burgerville and my customer loyalty.
