The workers claimed they “couldn’t serve anyone” at the moment and then when we were leaving they served another man. I don’t understand the disrespect given from the workers. Smelt bad as well, very messy.

Terrible service. Asked for rewards and they had no idea. Supervisor on duty went to break when "going to the back" to figure out the issue and never came back.

It's a guilty pleasure. Often have to get 1 pint of each seasonal. Usually have one that I don't eat much of, but that's not worth docking points. Some of the flavors are excellent, but not the type where I would enjoy a dish. Usually one of the flavors is fun to taste--a spoonful here or there--but more about the tasting experience. Moral of the story is that I need to get off my lazy rear and drive the 8 minutes to taste in person so I will know I like it before buying a pint. Oh yeah--THEY ARE TASTING ICE CREAM AT THE STORE JUST LIKE PRE-COVID!!!

If you like firm ice cream to enjoy slowly, AVOID.no matter how long this ice cream spends in my freezer, with everything else hard as ice, when I pull it out it's already half melted and gooey, and I can't get it to firm up. After 3 minutes out of the freezer, I'm practically slurping it.

Completely customizable ice cream dessert experience. No place better.

they put very little ingredients even though I order the big ones, and the ones they did put were barely chopped

awesome service. I ordered ice cream for the 99 cent delivery special that was going on for May. My order was mixed up on delivery with someone else's. I called the store and they remade my correct order right away. they were very kind and gave great customer service even though it wasn't their fault. they were super busy too but made sure to take care of me.

The cone batter was very fragile and thin and is was a giant mess, and the workers are teens and there messing around and talking and not doing anything right. Me and my family have been too other cold stones and they are the best and amazing,

Super disapointing to have my poor sons icecream ruined and not have them fix it. Especially since im alergic to wheat and love sharing with him. He complained the whole way home about how it got ruined and the little girl there just justified her actions by saying it always comes that way. I guess being wildly undercharged kind of made up for it. But its really sad to still have to pay for icecream my son doesnt want that they somehow cant fix even if its not what he ordered.

The ice cream is okay. Customer service is pretty bad. The children that work here do not know what that means. Super rude kids who don’t know how to interact with paying customers. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Employee was real nice ? she had to redo my ice cream ? cause the guy behind me didn’t keep his distance ? even though they have circles on the floor ? to keep people from invading others (space) and breathing all up on my ice cream ?? reaching over me instead of waiting his turn…..he apologized but anyways left her a good tip cause I know she was ?‍? lol give people space especially if they make it obvious and are wearing a mask????

I did an online order from this location for pick up. I wrote "No spoons please" in the special notes section. When I picked it up, on the bag next to what I wrote, it had exclamation marks and a smiley face. The bag was full of about 20 spoons. Good job kid... :)
