Unfortunately, I just wanted a filet of fish from the drive-through. That would normally take about 1-2 minutes. I sat waiting for at least 5 minutes, waiting at the drive-through window, after having already paid. When they finally handed me the sandwich, I was dismayed to find that it was actually COLD. Now, McDonald's isn't supposed to be "haute cuisine" by any stretch, but at the very least, the food should not be cold! Instead of going on my way, I parked and went inside to complain. It was something I had never done at a McDonald's before. They replaced the fish filet, but it again took an unusually long time. And although the replacement meal was not cold, it was still not appropriately warm the way I have come to expect them. Something was wrong here that day. Maybe because it was Easter Sunday, and they didn't have the right crew or they were short staffed or something. I couldn't say. What I can say is that if they can't sell the products as advertised, they shouldn't open. I doubt that anyone would fault them for closing on a big holiday like Easter. And now I will think twice before I visit that particular McDonald's again.Parking: There are lots of spaces immediately surrounding the location.

If I could it would be a negative . K just went thru drive thru and was literally flipped off by the boy at window then after that he was literally trying to come thru window at me. All because I asked for my recipt when I paid, he said they will have it at 2 nd window, so when he didnt offer it I asked , he then takes the garbage can sets it on drink counter and starts going thru the receipts in garbage canand says it appears I cant find recipt, I sat there for a second and he goes to grab my food I spoke up said um you should wash ur hands before you touch food and he freaked out

My boyfriend and I ordered chicken sandwiches and the Mayo was very obviously expired and when we called to complain the person we spoke to was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care. Please DON'T eat here it's not safe.

I been here multiple times just to make sure it was just a one off occurrence, but why is there so much inconsistency lately? Sometimes it's a missing sauce, missing drink if I didn't remind the person. I wait in the drive thru sometimes up to an 45mins to an hour and that results in cold food for all that wait. This place was my go-to since childhood. McDonald's what is happening?

Where do I start with this Mcdonalds and their chunky manager lady. Let's start with her. As a Door Dasher, I came into the restaurant asking if they have an order for this person as I was waiting for 15 minutes. The manager lady came out all grumpy and said, "Look, we gave that order already and you have to call your company because that's not on us" (in a really unprofessional tone and manner in front of all the customers). After I called support and got that order cancelled, I unfortunately got another order from the same place. As I waited, a kind younger male worker asked what my number was as I waited on the side. As I am showing him the order number, the manager lady comes out and yells at me saying that, "YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING MY WORKERS AWAY FROM THEIR DUTY!" in a loud angry tone. This is the first time I have ever encountered something like this that was so unprofessional.

Honestly, I love this play for the play place. Good for a play date. It’s well kept. The foods okay, sometimes cold, but it’s McDonald’s, we all expect that.Kid-friendliness: Fun play place with lots of seating!

I ordered on the app but breakfast was over when we got there so they couldn't make it. The manager was kind and left us happy with the solution. It wasn't delivered to our table like it was supposed to be so it was cold when we finally got it and the fries were limp and gross. Luckily kids seem to eat any type of fries.Dietary restrictions: If you're gf you are basically stick with beverages.
