I've been coming here fairly often as I work just down the street. I have to say, they do an AMAZING job making great sandwiches and getting customers through the line quickly. Easily the best Subway location in the area.

Normally a subways are not our first choice for sandwich places. That said, I want to state my wife and I decide to try them again after a 3 year absence due to the Covid pandemic. Our usual subway we liked at SW 72nd Ave closed. So we decided to try the SW Greenburg Rd. location. First, we want acknowledge Tyler and Lay for their great customer service and professional attitude during our visit. They keep this subway very clean. Next I would like to state the sandwiches are a bit pricier, however are more full of ingredients and much more delicious. We will be visiting this subway again.

I used to eat here several times a week a few years ago and the service was consistently fair/good. Jeff, the owner is terrific but not all employees share that attitude. I went in a few days ago and met Tyler. He is by far the BEST! He went above and beyond. He was friendly and engaging. Tyler would be great in management and if more people had his skills, it would be amazing!!!!!Jody

The manager has poor customer service skills and barely put any veggies on there I had to keep asking for more and kept asking what else in a very rude way

I bit into two pieces of undercooked chicken and called the store and they said that they get it elsewhere and aren't responsible for the chicken afterwards. So if I get sick, it's not on them. Wonder how the health department would feel when I call them on Monday. I know what undercooked chicken tastes like.
