Everything is always perfect here. Amazing service, amazing food and great atmosphere. Been here a hundred times over the years. From business lunch meetings to Sunday brunch to dinners with friends. Always a prefect experience.
We go to Thirsty Lion twice a year for our anniversary and our birthday weekend. This is the first time I was not completely satisfied. The appetizer (bacon-wrapped shrimp) was excellent. The recommendation for the pork bowl that it wasn't spicy, was incorrect. It was spicy. Also, sadly, my fish & chips were overcooked. The cod was mealy and mushy. Not flakey like it normally is. Waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was good, I had the fish and chips the fish was nice, I personally like a little less breading on my fish butstill was of a high quality. We got calamari starter and it too was also very good. Had a bloody mary that was fine. Overall very good experience.Parking: Ample parking but seemed to be extremely busy so still a bit difficult to get a spot.
