Order a scheduled delivery pizza and received it burned cold and stuck to the box. Crust was hard and difficult to chew. Obviously it was our cooked and left in the side until delivery..about 1-1/2 hours. Called and spoke with site Mgr. At 5:23p and she insisted that it was just cooked...I don't think so..

First off order was wrong, order 1 of each chicken Parmesan and 1 buffalo chicken and hot 2 chicken Parmesan, food was cold, not warm, cold... Store used doordash to have food delivered and after detailed instruction and standing outside 20unutes the guy still tried delivering to wrong house than proceeds to say " dont worry you dont have to give full tip"' wth? I am in delivery business , have been since 98 and a tip is for great service, appreciate service or exceeding expectations , not demanded or expected.. I ordered from Pizza Hut, not door dash... Wrong item, cold food and stand outside 20 minutes, worse device ever experienced and use pizza hut all the time.. not even doordash web say demand tip , says recommended.. by the way , because I'm a delivery guy, I still have $ 40 for a 33.95 order.. disappointed for sure all around this time... I delivery appliances furniture fitness equipment and setup all and still don't expect or demand tips.. get them for exceeding job order

The manager Neome is extremely rude! Do not order from this location! The order is always wrong and then you get called a lier even though you can prove what you ordered and that the order is wrong! Listen to all these other reviews they are extremely accurate the manager is rude and bitter about her life, taking it out on anyone and everyone! If I could put zero stars I would! Horrible food and horrible service! The owner messed up hiring that one for sure! They should be paying attention to all the reviews about how horrible of a manager she is and do something about it! Never going back and save yourself never go there either!
Great job, well done! 4 boxes, with 2-3 pizzas each as Christmas presents to my supply companies in Portland. All of them were hot, and received great compliments. Looking forward to working with you again! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!???????

If I could put a 0.1 star, then I would. The night manager tonight at 11:30 pm, was grossly rude and unprofessional. She is calling customers names and is severely rude to people that have been picking up orders after midnight and telling them that that is entirely wrong.

Noami was super rude to me on the phone while calling to see where my delivery was now it's been 30 minutes and still waiting. Noami if you're reading this, answer the phone "thanks for calling Pizza Hut, I'm going to put you on a hold" if you send them right to the music, some people might think the automatic message just replays. Well we finally got a pizza and there's no sauce on it and after 40 minutes waiting after the estimated delivery time.
We get pizza here about once a month,and we always have a great pizza.I always ask to cook longer and the crust is nice and crispy
