First off order was wrong, order 1 of each chicken Parmesan and 1 buffalo chicken and hot 2 chicken Parmesan, food was cold, not warm, cold... Store used doordash to have food delivered and after detailed instruction and standing outside 20unutes the guy still tried delivering to wrong house than proceeds to say " dont worry you dont have to give full tip"' wth? I am in delivery business , have been since 98 and a tip is for great service, appreciate service or exceeding expectations...read full review

Order a scheduled delivery pizza and received it burned cold and stuck to the box. Crust was hard and difficult to chew. Obviously it was our cooked and left in the side until delivery..about 1-1/2 hours. Called and spoke with site Mgr. At 5:23p and she insisted that it was just cooked...I don't think so..
