Te Dije has moved from Veneta to South Eugene, and it is definitely a great addition to the area! So far I have only sampled their various tacos, and they have been really good. The tacos stand out thanks to the use of handmade blue corn tortillas, which adds character as well as being more sturdy than the average corn tortilla. This is a must for food truck lovers. The burritos are delicious and full of flavors. Smokey, sweet, spicy, and tangy. I had the chicken burrito and my wife had the asada burrito. We each had a hibiscus agua fresca. For $30, it was excellent all around.

Their vegan stuff is excellent! So far my wife and I have had the soy pastor taco and burrito - both awesome. The vegan pazole superb and their corn chips are top notch. Serving sizes are great. The chefs are super nice and the service is quick. They use pagers for your orders so you can make a quick run to somewhere else while your food is being prepared.
